Anna Viktoria Åkerlund

With the aim of spreading love and healing through the expression of yoga, Anna believes that yoga is for everyone regardless of body type, background or physical experience. She started practicing more than 10 years ago and had the blessing of a burnout around 7 years ago which opened her eyes to the holistic aspect of how yoga is both movement medicine and soul therapy.
Today she is teaching courses, workshops and studio classes in Stockholm as well as retreats in Bali and Brazil.
